Account deletion

Delete your Qalc account

Signed-in users can delete their Qalc cloud account and synced training data in the app. Users without app access can request deletion by email.

Delete in the app

  1. Open Qalc.
  2. Go to Settings.
  3. Choose Delete Account.
  4. Choose whether to also erase local training data.
  5. Type DELETE.
  6. Confirm.

Request deletion without app access

Email support@qalcapp.com from the address associated with your account and request account deletion. Support may verify ownership before processing the request.

Data removed

  • Supabase authentication user.
  • Cloud profile.
  • Synced sessions.
  • Solve-time observations.
  • Daily progress.
  • Sync metadata.

Data not automatically removed

  • Local training history on a device unless you choose local deletion in the app.
  • Store purchase records controlled by Apple, Google, or RevenueCat.
  • Provider logs retained for security or legal reasons where applicable.
